I asked for a 6 month repayment holiday, payments restarting on the 2nd February, ARGH! How was I supposed to remember this? I had no chance of remembering it. Wish they'd sent me a letter or something...
Hope I can stop the payments. Hell - hope I can get that 1st one refunded!!! :)
Update: Mystery payment #1 has been refunded, marked as "UNPAID", and no charges made to my account about it, so I can assume that it wasn't anything to do with me. But YIKES that scared the daylights out of me....
