Should this be the KLF?

Can someone (anyone) tell me if this is real KLF material or if I'm imagining it? It's labelled as being so, but I don't believe it. Oh, actually - that motorbike sound just clenched it - it is :) Classic KLF soundbyte.

But "Viva Viagra"? Have they really got a song entitled that??
