highway's tool is an amazing thing - I never knew that one tool could do so much for me.

It's quite interesting - a shame in some ways that it only shows closed requests that you responded to, I could imagine letting it search through all the screened requests would be hell on the servers, but it would be really interesting to see some of the Priv's first attempts at answers, lol.

Actually, when I first started in support, screened answers didnae exist. So some of my earliest points are absolutely ridiculously silly - things sure have changed, eh?
