My mum was working Tuesday overnight so I had the run of the place for a while. Dad came back from sea today, earlier than expected. Mum and I went out to the new-ish (ultra-new to me) Braehead shopping centre and bought very little :) Have decided, however that I'm going to grab a suit from Burtons from their special offer.

Booked flight from Manchester->Heathrow and from Heathrow->Glasgow tonight. Just over £70! I expected it to be about £150! Dude! e-tickets too, so I don't have to queue at the airport :) Ach, maybe I do - I have luggage to check in.

OK, so today: Hostels in NYC. I've mailed the last person I know in NY who might be able to put me up for a night or two. I hope they can - it would make life much easier for me! Otherwise it's around $30 a night for a place in a hostel. I can cope with that if I have to but I'd rather not have to.

Going to Glasgow tommorrow. Hmmmm, need stuff. Must go to bank and pay Barclaycard which I've been tyring to do for almost 5 days now. Grrrrr @ Barclays. No branch near me here. Also deposit some cheques. £8.01 worth ;-) Parents also owe me cash, must remember.

I truly hope I've passed my course. If I haven't, I'm screwed. *sighs*
