For the recommendation a while back of this music. It's taken me a while to download it (hey, I don't run Audiogalaxy satellite very often being on a crappy connection) but it's well worth it! I love it when a recommendation pays off.
(I hate that word... is it recommend or reccomend or reccommend or recomend? I go with the first, and can't be arsed to check with dictionary.com) (I also have a problem with "embarassed" - I only remember that one because it's almost like "bare assed" :-) How about tommorrow. Everyone knows that one, don't they? Tomorrow? I KNOW it's double R, but double m or not? The problem isn't helped by the fact that the longer I look at these, the weirder they become...
You wouldn't believe I was brilliant at all this a few years ago. I blame Microsoft (and Word's auto-corruptcorrect "feature") for this generation's appalling(????) spelling.
Hmmm, time for a Random Fact About Phil. (c) Me
For example, I was watching a TV program about Air Traffic Control today, and they showed a shot of the "Fasten Seat Belt" signs. The shot stayed for about 10 seconds with a voice over, and it wasn't until they said "only when the captain lights the fasten seatbelt signs...." did I recognise what the shot was. This is just one small example of the many times that this happens.
Seeing an object through trees, through a thick wire mesh, even partially obscured by a hill can all be completely confusing to me. Not that this is normally a problem - just a minor annoyance at times.
Yes, I'm still playing with CSS :-)
(Random question - does anyone else think that people are using more moods which start with the letters A-G on Livejournal? Or is it just me having read too much about user interfaces affecting users' choices. IE - put an a OR b question with 'b' first in the list, 'b' is normally slightly more popular.
