To try and bring myself back in line for the month, and to try bring my o/d down some - even just by a hundred pounds or so for the month. I blew it out the water by buying petrol and replacing my tyre. Over £50 gone without even blinking. Bloody car. But it's so worth it :)

Met up with Laura from Babylon this afternoon, at the Glasgow Science Centre. She's up from London for a while. That place is fab - so much to play with :) Demonstrations that were great - the "gasses" show - she lit two balloons which were full of hydrogen. My heart nearly jumped out of my skin with the noise. The light and heat wasn't as bad, but the noise...... meep.

Felt bad because my dad called and asked for a lift from the Airport at 5. Had to rush away from the Science Centre. Felt like I was running away from Laura, even though she was very lovely. Damnit why do I end up finding cute women who are never anywhere near me? Hrmph!
