It's been quite a hard few days. Relaxed at work though. We have new people in the team, 3 new guys. It's really nice in a way, refreshing, but hard. I'm sure that when we came into the team we weren't quite as clueless about some things. Little things, like policy. Where to find things on Merlin. Then again - I was always a Merlin geek. Could find stuff faster than anyone :)

Nice today as well, 'cuz Ronnie was off, along with Anthony, Lisa, Adele and Nicole. Meant that Lyndsey and myself had to deal with everything that they had problems with. Nice, in a way, but hard work. You know what it's like - trying to make things as easy as possible without doing the work. And I wish people would read their Terms and Conditions more closely.

Had a really really bad night the other night. Everything just got on top of me. Everything. Just grumped and got upset and miserable and fed up and annoyed and everything just got too much and I was all ready to just up and leave for something, Godknows what. But... it's vaguely better than it was now. Not much, but some.

Been talking to Lyndsey at work. She lately bought her own house down the road. I'm seriously considering it. The investment is tempting, the cost is lower. The risk is high. The potential savings of a mortgage over renting are massive. And ya know, it's always nice to think that the place is yours, and you can do what you want...

Gonna call up Terry Quinn on Monday and see what I can do about taking out a loan to pay off my other debts, get a little breathing room for a few months. After that's done, I'll cancel as many direct debits as possible and just pay everything I can by cheque/card. At least it'll mean that I won't have payments bouncing left right and centre, which it felt like was happening.

Tuesday's payday for all that overtime done during December, yay.

I really need to do some serious amounts of tidying..........
