Being John Malkovich. Very strange film. Not entirely sure what I thought of it. I guess I wasn't paying full attention to it - I was too busy poking through the Argos Catalogue to watch it properly. I want everything.

First on the list is the hoover I got from QXL. £29.99 for a hoover, as soon as Amazon pay me the money they owe me! Checked bank today, still not there. Honestly - how can it take up to 10 working days to transfer money? They have all my details! I could BACS transfer it faster than that.

Second on the list is a new TV. My one is becoming unbearably small. Struggling, I am. I guess it doesn't help that I don't wear my glasses as often as I should. I'm going to wait until pay rise comes into effect, then go back to Powerhouse and take out their 9-month interest free credit with waranty thing.

Speaking of which - what is it with these companies? You go there, and ask about credit. You ask "How much will I pay monthly if I take this?". They tell you, scribble it on some piece of paper, then you ask "Have you got anything in writing I can take away?" and they say "Sorry, I can't give you anything in writing". Every time. I mean, really! What's the use of that?

I then looked at a PlayStation One. I want something to play games on. I got a PC, true. However I have never managed to get into playing games on it. Apart from Grand Theft Auto. Muhahaha! I spent hours playing Final Fantasy at Luce's on her PS1. Can pick them up these days for under £50. Is it worth it? Of course not! Maybe I could swap my GameBoy Advance and several games for one? That would be worth it.

Is this sensible? Yes! :)
No, because "I should be saving my money". I know *sulks*. But I've not been able to buy anything really nice for ages. My last major splurge was on my DVD player, and that was somewhere around 9-months-to-a-year-ago now. Unless you count my pair of trousers on Thursday? :)

*gives a small sigh*

I was tidying, and made it to the bedroom today, that corner where all the junk gets thrown when you can't be dealing with putting it away? You know the one. You have one too - admit it. Everybody has one. ;)

Anyhow. While cleaning this corner, I found my missing cup. It's been missing for a while now and I couldn't figure out why I'd lost one out of four. OK, I thought. I then looked inside it. Bad idea. Old teabags are apparently great breeding grounds for red and yellow bacteria. Ick. Wearing a gas mask and rubber gloves, I decided that was enough of the perversion for the day and moved it to the kitchen, where it got smothered in bleach.

There were spores.
Eww!

Let this be a lesson to you all. Tidy your corners. Go on. Tidy them and hoover them and make sure you never leave an old teabag in them. Else you too, may rue the consequences.
