Black Box Recorder - fantastic band. Love them. Really should buy one of their albums sometime instead of downloading their music. I feel guily for not supporting bands if I download yet don't buy. I see MP3s and GNUtella as ways of "testing out" music, pre-purchase.

Annoyingly, I've been looking on various file-sharing nets now for more stuff remixed by "The Chocolate Layers" as this one claims to be, but can't find anything. A few pages (http://www.leslieccy.net/blackboxrecorder/discography.html for example) shows a couple of Chocolate Layers remixes but can't find much else.

Ahhah, I lied! (http://www.jetsetrecords.com/bands/black_box_recorder/default.asp says "Remix by The Chocolate Layers Jarvis Cocker & Steve Mackey")

Once payday comes and bonus comes and some of o/d paid off and TV is bought, I shall have to take a trip to HMV in Glasgow and see whether they have anything.

"We are fully aware that many governmental intelligence organizations are convinced and assert that proscribed weapons, items and programmes continue to exist. The US Secretary of State presented material in support of this conclusion. Governments have many sources of information that are not available to inspectors. Inspectors, for their part, must base their reports only on evidence, which they can, themselves, examine and present publicly. Without evidence, confidence cannot arise."

I laughed quite hard when I read that.
