I've been downloading One Hour Photo - I want to see whether it's a film I want to spend £16-20 pound on or whether it's one that's just worth renting. So far, part 1 is 30% of the way through and I think it's pretty darn good already. Robin Williams is putting in a great performance as a not-quite-creepy supermarket photo lab technician.

Where will it go?
Only tomorrow will show :)

And now? I suppose I'd best do bed. Yes, bed. Yes. Sleep.

You have any idea how much I detest cars now? :)

I've had a slow leak in my front passenger side tyre for the last godknowshowlong, and have been reinflating it every week or thereabouts. Decided today that enough was enough. Down to Kwik Fit I went, and purchased 2 front tyres. Cheaper than I expected, at around £30 a tyre. As I'd set aside £100 for the job, I decided to get the tracking checked too, for I had a little wheel shake at 80mph.

I was going to go to the cinema, but once I got there, decided that I really couldn't be bothered to sit in a dark room for 2hrs and watch something that I probably didn't want to watch anyhow. Drove back again along the M8 (which seems to be in a permanent state of roadworky horribleness right now), came home and am now listening to Guards! Guards! on BBC7 (I love cable TV/Radio).

Oh, and I gave in the other day. I went to KFC. It wasn't worth it. I was very disappointed. The chips were soggy, the chicken wasn't as hot as I wanted, the cheese wasn't melted, and they don't do milkshakes like any self-respecting fast food restaurant should do.

Why, recently, am I finding it so weird to talk with people online, who I've known for ages?

Everything comes at once. Insurance renewal, car tax and tyres (OK, not strictly necessary but probably sensible). And according to Ronnie, it's unlikely they'll have audited everything necessary before April's pay date, grr. That means pay rise and bonus wait a month - until May. *hrmph*

I'm absolutely starving, but I know I'm not actually hungry. I want ice cream. Yes I do. But I ain't driving (or walking) to Tesco to get it, because I am weak and won't have one bowl... oh no. :)

I just remembered. I've gotta dismember the PC and figure out what I need to take with me to Bolton on Friday. Argh. Damn cables! Too many cables.
