Days when nothing seem to go right.

Actually, this really wasn't one of them. Just that people seemed to be quite whingey today. Played some very silly quizzes with people in the team. Was manically busy all day too, up to 300 waiting at one point. I don't understand what they are doing with the routing. Was talking with someone from TDMS (Techie dept) today who was saying they were taking Customer Service overflow calls, and then BAS (Business Support) were taking Tech Support overflow calls, then another dept. was taking BAS overflow calls. Duh. Something wrong there.

Anyhow. 'nuff work. What to do this weekend? Caroline and Andrew coming, need to tidy. This place is a hole. I am trying to keep this place reasonable but it's too damn tough when you're on long days. You try hoovering when you have been at work for 11hrs.

Will get up early on Saturday and hoover.
And wash up.
And take out the rubbish.

A new obsession for my music tastes, I feel...
Not quite sure how I came about it, but was searching for something on gnutella and came up with a track by "Gus Gus". Can't remember what it was now, but as I was listening, remember thinking it was pretty good. Wondering who these people were and where they were from and so on and so forth.

Turn out to be an Icelandic band. I think I need to find out more about these people, and most of the websites I look at require Internet Explorer for some weird reason. And I'll be damned if I am rebooting just for that! (OK, I do need to update my MS Money file but that can wait until I am more awake.)

Hmmmm, current music: George Gershwin - Rhapsody in Blue. Not sure what images this particular piece of music conjures up, apart from various Tom and Jerry cartoons :)
