But I decided that money really isn't as bad as I thought. This month I've had several fairly big purchases which have pushed me over my expected budget. Shoes, electricicty bill, phone bill, travel to the interview (which cost me a bleeding fortune all told!), I bought something for a neighbour on my debit card and they've given me the cash for it.

Anyhow - I've sold some stuff and I've come to the arrangement whereby I shall not be as skint as I thought. I travelled to my folks' place and picked up the cash for the DVD for Samantha, I've got another 40 squid coming on Friday, and a few pounds coming from Amazon. Only a tenner or so but every little helps.

And besides, it's only a week until payday! Huzzah. That heavenly day where some faceless corporation gives me money for sitting on my arse all day long. Oh, and it's only another 3mths or so until bonus-time :) However shoddy it's gonna be.

I wonder what else of mine I can sell :)
Well - I'm basically getting rid of stuff which isn't being used and which isn't necessary and which is just taking up space. Speaking of which, must write to ivarch and see if he wants to buy my Futurama Season 2 DVDs. I'm gonna see if I can flog my Frasier box sets too - bit of a shame as I enjoy them, but I'd much rather save up and buy them on DVD if they are available.

Annoyingly enough, I had to do some fiddling wth CUPS to get it to accept printing instructions from Windows. Grr. Anyways. That's all done and I now have everything printed. A trip to the Post Office will be required tomorrow. Apparently I have another Amazon buyer, just waiting for payment from them.

I'm being tempted in a bad way, by the Chinese. Now that I have money in my pocket. But I must say no. I must use the food in the house. I have enough of it. I think baked (microwaved) potato, with tuna and random vegetables is on the cards. I have a bad habit of buying potatoes and never using them, and finding them a bit - uhhhhh. Eye-ey :)
