Power Problems
Anyone remember this? Transferring my electricity supply from Scottish Power to Powergen. *sighs* Guess what?
I got a letter today from Powergen telling me that I was transferring my electricity supply from Scottish Power to Powergen, and the transfer would take place on the 26th of September.
WHAT?
No. NO! NONO! I haven't spoken to Powergen in about 6 months. Apparently they "assumed that I still wanted to transfer" even though I had cancelled my direct debit and told them that I was fed up with the service.
Oh, and apparently it's too late to stop the transfer from going through? *WHAT*?!?! So what you are saying is that because of a screw up by a 3rd party I no longer have control over who supplies my electricity?
Sod that. I would write to EnergyWatch again, but considering last time I wrote to them I didn't even get a response....... let's see, eh?
