Well, that's NTL cancelled. They'll be picking up my STB and my Cable Modem on the 29th of November. Meep.

Can anyone else think of anything else I need to give a month's notice for? NTL are the only people I can think of. I should check all the wires coming into the house :)

Checklist for cancelling things:
NTL (Phone, TV and internet)
Electricity (Scottish Power or Powergen, who knows anymore 'cuz I don't?)

Is that it? Surely not!
There's loads of things that I need to change addresses for but that can come later. Things that require a month's notice must be done today-ish.

Time to take the car back to Kwik-Fit (again) as the brakes have been squealing terribly all week. Will drop by the post office depot on the way as I've almost certainly got a mountain of mail to pick up.

There's a show on TV right now about pizza. I'm desperately trying to stop myself from calling up Domino's right now and getting a pizza :) *drools* OK, danger averted - I have chicken gumph in the oven. Still hungry!

I forgot when calculating how much extra my overtime would bring me this month, that when my wages go up, my student loan deductions also go up. Damnit. I've got a bit less cash than I expected thanks to that. Not enough to worry me but enough to be a nuisance when I didn't want it to be.

Heyyyy! I can cancel my standing order to the estate agency now :)

I've been watching ebay like a hawk all day - I've found what I think is a good deal (a D-Link 802.11b WiFi card) with cheap postage (£1) and right now going for just over £15. I have had these snatched out from under my nose over the past few weeks so am watching this one very very carefully :) It's MINE!

34mins to go... I need to go shopping but I am waiting until this auction finishes first :)
