I've had a particularly bad day.

I did overtime this morning from 9:45-11:45, which was OK. Was starving and had breakfast. Things went badly for the rest of the day, I am feeling a bit pants with a sore throat and gunk bunging me up.

( Then it went from bad.... to worse - rant and bad language beyond )

Why I am so annoyed. It's a minor annoyance yes, that my phone was suspended. Frankly - I may not have noticed for days. This is part of what bugs me so.

I'm annoyed because I could have gone a week, and moved in. And only then found that I didn't have any mail waiting for me. I could have every one of my regular bills returned, every utility turned off, my name and accounts blacklisted because of suspected "identity fraud". I could be inconvenienced by having to prove to several different organisations that I do in fact rent that property.

I'm angry because the people responsible should know when I take ownership. They should know my name. They should recognise that in fact they are breaking the terms of the agreement by entering the property after I took over the agreement, without giving me notice. Fine, I may not reside there yet, but that doesn't change the terms of my lease.

Most of all - I am embarassed because I couldn't help a customer with what should have been an easy query for me. Because of what these idiots did, they affected my abilty to do my job.
