pmsumner at 04:26am on 25/11/2003They have given me back the money they charged me. HURRAH! I have called the agency and they are going to investigate what screw up caused them to make my weekend hellishly unbearable, and I don't have any more problems or screwups to sort out.
In other words, things seem to be going well, which is a sodding miracle considering how badly last weekend was going.
