pmsumner at 10:17pm on 30/01/2004Ryanair... wheelchairs... they charge for hiring a wheelchair. They advertise this fact. If you need a wheelchair, then you pay for it. Why should a company pay to provide it for you? It's not their fault.
Besides - if you don't want to pay for it, you don't accept to the terms imposed upon you by the airline. You choose a different airline.
Why is this such a thing? Why should someone who requires something special get it for free? Do we feel sorry for them?
