Shitty day. Doxford contact centre was closed due to snow in the area. During the entire day (after 8am), I didn't see the call queue get below 380 waiting, and a minimum of 10min call queues. As you can imagine, especially on our busiest day, this is not a good thing.

Blergh.
I have beer. I have burgers. I have cheese, I have bread. I am happy.

I wonder how well this freezer will work. I spoke with the guy I'm buying it from last night. Seems like a nice-enough guy. Printed out instructions to get to his house. Best find a cash machine tmrw.
