I spoke to (x) Resourcing today, spoke to Toad, or Twab, or Twonk, or whatever his name was (sure it began with a T and was vaguely foreign) who assured me that Tracy from BT Mobile hadn't yet gotten back to him and she should be getting back to him tonight or tomorrow morning at the latest.
