Planned maintenance meant no access to our customer details database from 8pm tonight, so we had two hours of doing nothing but lost and stolen calls (in TDMS we have the joy of suspending lines when excal goes down).

The day's been pretty damn good for me. The right calls, in a good quantity, with plenty of time to do other things through the day other than get annoyed at the call types coming my way.

No news on the 2 jobs applied for at Vodafone, nor on the job based north of Leeds. I'm still hopeful, eh.

Sleep, not satisfaction.

Been in bed nearly 2hrs and combo of slight back ache and itchy brain keeping me up. Frustrating as am actually exhausted.

Anyone got any instant hot choc? I've got green and black's but it's a hassle to make :)
