Bullet points:
- Weekend at Jane's.
- Come home, can't be arsed to unpack, leave stuff in car and promise self will do it tomorrow.
- Go to work, having not done promised task.
- Get to work, Outlook reminds me I'm going to Newcastle that day.
- Go to Newcastle, just happening to have a few spare clothes in the boot. Chat with Matt on the way.
- Spend Monday afternoon setting up, evening in the bar, restaraunt (OMG! What food... and sorbet between starter and main course which really confused some people) and bar again. Stay up until midnight gossiping and finding out things about colleagues that I would never have dreamt possible. Gossip is scary.
- Tuesday wake up bright and early and feel fine - yummy breakfast.
- Sit in back of course and try not to fall asleep. Nothing too exciting. Meet customers, answer questions.
- Restaraunt and bar again, this time talking with customers and getting ridiculously pissed, having fun though.
- Weds, wake up at 7am and immediately wish I'd gone to bed when I said I would, at about 11pm, rather than finding the bed sometime around 1am again.
- This time I'm actually expected to take part. Drink so much coffee I couldn't drink any more. Take part, do OK.
- Pack up, get lift back with Ian, realise I just spent 3 days in Newcastle having not seen any of Newcastle. Come home, sleep.
