The wedding was fun. I was kilted up and I believe there are pictures floating around of me looking vaguely smart. Don't spread the gossip too much else people will begin to expect it.

There has been a family weekend in Nodnol (sorry, London) in which I managed to catch up with my various aunts and uncles and a niece and a nephew. It was fun.

I have upgraded my MDA Vario to run Faria's Crossbow WM6 ROM. It's quite nifty though reinstalling all my software is a pain in the ass.

I'm off work next week. I really feel like I need it again, even though it's been a month of less work than you'd expect due to bank holidays and illness. I just feel tired and unhappy and generally grumpy.

I'm considering once again joining a local gym but I'm balking at the cost. I was so spoilt...

I called up Alliance and Leicester and was forceful down the phone at them. The person didn't even try and justify them charging £75 for a miscalculation on my part. I accept the mistake but I also don't accept the explanation of "well the cash machines aren't always up to date" - for 2 days after the transaction is supposed to have been made from my account? If I check my balance and it says I have available funds, I will take some of it out if I need it.

We have a trip to London planned, available daytime 21st, 22nd, all day 23rd and morning of 24th June for beer, whisky, food, general meriment and as much fun as is possible in this nation's capital. Let me or 'er know if wanted.

I spent yesterday evening in the garden reading the Economist as it got dark, until it got too dark to read so I turned on the "fairy lights" and lit the lanterns. It was pretty. Really must get a proper working camera to take a pic with one day.
