• 13:30 Last night's carrot and corriander soup is good. Glad i made enough for the 5k to eat! Tonight's goal - leek and potato soup for the nation. #
• 13:42 Managed to miss the almost mandatory silence today. I can't stand the feeling of being bullied into something i don't particularly care for! #
