pmsumner at 09:59pm on 19/06/2002Being told "I'm bored of you now, go away" by someone who messaged me with an insult in the first place, and whom I was quite pleasant to back (well, I wasn't rude... no, in fact I was damned polite considering how annoyed I would have been if he'd said it to my face!). Gotta love it.
Today's been a nice enough day at work. On the phones all day, only one major disaster, and that was because yet again I managed to crash Excalibur (CRM software) and Softfone (software to take the place of actually dialling numbers and pressing buttons on the phones, makes it easier and stuff) by simply looking at it. Difficulty being that this was in the middle of a call. Bugger.
On Monday we start 2 weeks of finishing school - this is essentially all day every day call monitoring and reviews, as far as I can tell. Starting at 0815 though? Means out the house by 0730 or earlier! Admittedly I normally leave at 0745 anyhow, but it at least leaves me with a large buffer if I sleep late, which I am prone to doing... Ugh. I hate mornings. With a passion.
