Only then to have a further 2 weeks of finishing school and then Specialist Care, High Value, Added Value and Retentions training in weeks 12-14/16. Damnit they certainly believe in making sure we know what we're talking about. Could come out with a nice bonus in September if call monitoring scores come out well, we all assumed that we wouldn't get it but were told that we would, yay.
Picking up Heather tomorrow. Weirdness abounds, I've found her street but I'm not sure about the house number. Sure I'll find it tomorrow. Though at 0815 I'm going to be about as far from awake as is possible.
Feh.
