pmsumner at 09:41pm on 09/07/2002Today they're focussing on a call centre, talking about targets and goals and lost calls and calls waiting is quite scary. I do feel sorry for the middle-management, who are being shunted from pillar to post. Aww, and one of them has just left :( *sniffles*
I'm just glad that for the first 6 months, our stats don't affect anything too seriously. Or, they do affect things, but in a reduced capacity personally, and as far as I can tell they don't affect the team stats. Have to have a few words with Ronnie when we get in on Monday, make sure our expectations are the same as his. Yep.
Some nice pics today, I think. Went out around 8pm to Loch Lomond and Duck Bay, the road from the North Gate of HMS Neptune to Luss is un-numbered but such fun to drive. Stunning views too. I'll upload the pics to http://www.cus.org.uk/~phil-99/ and http://philsumner.co.uk/ tomorrow morning or something.
