ARGH - MS Word!?

"As people who have a sight defect are the ones this system is designed for, the user interface takes a high priority." How can I stop this damn Grammar checker from flagging me for using the Passive Voice in this instance?! I've tried time and time again and it just REFUSES to co-operate....
