Went by so quick!
One minute, it was 10:30am, the next, it was 9:30pm. Ok, not literally, but it felt like it. It's bean a good day, I got home for both lunch and dinner (chicken soup and a cheese/ham toastie respectively), and best of all? It's been Saturday, and we've not been getting hammered! WOW! We've been sat in ready most of the day, just waiting for calls to come through. Whoo.

Computer: "Bing Bing"
Phil: (Just finishing laughing at joke) Hi, you're through to Phil at T-Mobile customer services, how can I help you?"
Customer: I've just had my phone stolen.
Phil: (Deadly Serious) OK Sir, can I take your mobile number?
Cust: (*quotes number*)
Phil: (*Does security checks*)
Cust: Will you stop the line for me please?
Phil: Yes sir, before I do that, I will just blacklist your handset...
Cust: (interrupting) No, can you just stop my line, they could be using it right now.
Phil: Yes sir, now you've reported it you are no longer liable for any charges. Can you tell me what kind of phone it was you had stolen so that I can blacklist the right one?
Cust: No, just suspend the line now!
Phil: (angry as all hell now) (*clickety click*) OK sir, your line is now suspended, is there anything else?
Phil: *not awaiting answer, hits release button*

You may think his demand was reasonable, yet once the line is suspended we can no longer blacklist the handset, meaning that phone can now be used by others, when 20 seconds of his life could have stopped further crime. And yes, I shouldn't have got angry but nobody should be as rude as he was, in any situation (that was a toned down version of events). I know how it feels to have phones stolen, trust me - and it doesn't justify that behaviour.
