I called up the council tax peeps and they are extending my payment period some, yay! This because they didn't get my direct debit set up in time for the 7th November payment, and as it stood they would have just spread the outstanding amount onto the other payments. As we normally have a two month holiday payment in March and April, they're simply extending my payments by a month.

This means that this month, financially speaking, I am safe - phew. Only one bill to go out now, and that's for the washing machine.

Work at 7am tomorrow. Ick. Then work at 7am on Thurs and Fri, but I have training from 9-5, muhahahaaaaah! That'll be nice. Vaguely annoyed that Ronnie cancelled our High Value training last week, however, life goes on.

I need a cup of tea. Been up for ages, had a bath (hmmmmmm, hot bath and Harry Potter) and have eaten steak (hmmmmmm, nice bit o' rare steak for lunch), yet not actually had a drink of anything yet. Listened to lots of "Little Axe" (crap website, apologies) lately - need to find more of their CDs, but I think 2nd hand shops need to be explored to achieve this.

Oh, and I've done it! My room is now clear of crap! YAY! Those boxes that I've been meaning to find a place for over the last month, I've found somewhere. The piles of random stuff that I darent throw out or box up on the windowsill? Sorted! Whooo!

You may think this is no big achievement, but for me, now, it's a struggle to do anything vaguely proactive. Now it's done. Need to do washing next. How long do you reckon it'll take unti lI start it? :)
