Just did an "IQ Test" somewhere, the Intl High Intelligence Society or something. I got real angry at it. It tricked you with semantics, it fooled you with words and used things like "Not determinable from given data" as answers. This, you can see from the off, is not a good IQ test. You're not testing my intelligence, you're testing my attention to detail, my knowledge of phrases, my ability to work out that you were asking something different from what the question stated.

This isn't what IQ is meant to measure. IQ is meant to measure ability to reason, how well you can see sequences, how well you can handle figures, how good your basic mental agility is. Not semantics and language.

Am I right or just confused at someone for telling me my IQ is (apparently) 142?
