I was very interested by it. No, really. Most readings that I have seen for other people revolve around one of a few themes. This was completely different. This was akin to "everything's fine - just keep on going as you are". Brilliant :)
I'm really unsure about this job now. I don't think I've said much about it here. Well. Basically, the job title says "Call Routing Analyst". This gives me the impression that you will be analysing call routing, no?
What you're actually doing, is documenting procedures already in place. Writing and creating documents which explain where a call goes and why, and when. Taking information from the people who actually do the analysis, and mapping it.
Secondly, it's a 3 month secondment.
Thirdly, it's not "technically" based in Dearne Valley. As it's a secondment, it would mean I would stay based here in Greenock, but travel and/or stay in Dearne in short term accom (hotels and the like).
If I am offered it, I may still take it for the experience and the future benefits it would bring me. But I shall still carry on along the transfer to DV as a CSA route.
