I've had a streak of good luck with regards to house moving lately. NTL accepted my move with good grace, my parents gave me a cheque for the deposit (which I will give them back after I get the deposit back from this current agency), I've faxed the agency my bank statements and pay slips, and everything is going smoothly.

The only bad thing that has happened so far is Glenn's. I rent my washer/drier because it was easier and cheaper at the time than buying one of my own. I read through my agreement today for the first time in ages :) It's an 18mth minimum term. I've been here now for approx 13mths. Hmm. Slightly annoying.

However... I can't find a date on my signed agreement. Looks like whoever did the agreement didn't bother to check it after I signed it. Tomorrow I shall be talking to Citizen's Advice and seeing whether this gives me any advantage in dealings with Glenn's :)
