Now I'm mad.
I was going to buy pizza at Domino's and couldn't figure out why my card was being declined, since they found the missing cheque and I'm now back under my limit. Spent a while poking round my online billing and then had a sudden thought...

Checked my overdraught limit...
£250
Down from £1,600?!?!

It looks like the person who did my change from a "regular" account to an "additions" account forgot to include my overdraught limit. ARGH! So - what's going to happen about it?

I called the phone banking people only to be told they couldn't put it back on immediately and would have to call me back tomorrow.

WHAT THE HELL USE IS THAT TO ME?

I don't care about pizza, seriously. I have things to pay for, people to give money to that I have been unable to pay because they lost the cheque in the first place. What the hell am I supposed to do??

I am so going to have it out with them tomorrow, and find another bank who will take my business. One screw up is bad enough, yet still understandable. Mistakes happen and Bobknows I make the occasional mistake at work. However - fixing it shouldn't take over a week, and in the process cause another one. It's not good enough.

This has now left without any money for a week and a half, for Bob's sake.

I've not had a good weekend. I sincerely hope that this week gets better.
