I'm very sad to have gone to so much effort. All I've done is set up SSH (PuTTY in this case) to port forward from localhost(Port 83) to LJ via pmsumner, then to LJ. This means it's not going through work's proxy unencrypted.
This is a side effect of me playing about with port forwarding. I was going to try and set up my home PC as a personal proxy but abandoned that idea as I don't seem to be able to change the Internet Exploder proxy settings at work. Boo.
Anyone know how to force IE to use proxy settings I want?
