I'm not particularly impressed with Cahoot at the moment.

I logged in, found no charges and no messages, so fired off an email asking where they were... both the email and the supposed charges that have been placed on my current account. Then I got this back in reply, which takes the biscuit.

Dear Mr Sumner Thank you for contacting cahoot. These messages usually arrive after 24 hours onto your home page. Please check your inbox tomorrow or in a few days time.

So in other words - you've told me I have been charged for something, for some reason, and you obviously know about it, but you can't tell me WHAT for "up to 24hrs"? Does anyone else find that a little on the silly side?
