It's only taken me about 6 months wth Storecheckers, but at last I've made it.
Or at least, that's a possibility. I've been invited to do a really unusual job. I don't know the exact details, but it involves going to a pub/club and assisting with staff filling in 'questionnaires', I assume this is for a staff satisfaction type thing.
The catch? There always is one. They want it done at the time when they'llhave the most staff available, and for a city centre pub when is this? Friday/Saturday night at 9pm! For the club? 11pm! Eeek.
I've now relocated much of my "office" from the living room table and between the speakers (great filing system) to where the office actually should be, the back "bedroom" which is just big enough for a Phil, a big desk and a chair (and lots of boxes precariously stacked around me). I'm quite pleased with the results. It does now mean that Sky TV and general spodding are entirely seperate, but I see this as a good thing. If needed, the laptop can be taken downstairs.
In my tidying out of the desk (which has previously been a bit of a dumping ground) I am throwing out a load of CDs, some CDRs and some the real thing. If anyone wants to lay claims to any of thie below, speak now:
