Last weekend I was in Shropshire with the lass. Good weekend was had, Memoirs of a Geisha was seen. It's pretty, enjoyable but not spectacular.
Whilst there, I popped into the T-Mobile store and the MDA Vario called to me. It's a nice pipece of kit. It's the branded version of the HTC Wizard, a Windows Mobile 5 PDA with WiFi, and a qwerty keyboard. Half price line rental for 12 months (9 months, then full price for 6 months, then half price then on) so it's all good and doesn't cost me much in the long run.
Speaking of which... Just checked bank account! Whoohoo. It's terribly exciting :) It's not as high as I'd expected, in fact a fair bit lower than I expected, but we'll figure that out when I get a payslip, eh. I've already spent a fairly hefty proportion of it on car insurance (decided to pay up front for a year rather than paying interest/monthly) and I have a bit planned to spend on a DVD/HDD Recorder - I've been lusting after one for months.
Time to go spending :)
