This is unacceptable and I'm not at all happy about having to drive it in today - if I'd have known beforehand that the parts wouldn't be available, I would not have done that.
Just set up email on my MDA so it works in a half-decent fashion. Forwarding procmail rule to gmail which is then checked every now and then.
