I'm in quite a serious quantity of pain right now. I seem to have
another wisdom tooth coming through and if this is anything like the
other two that came through 6 months to a year ago, I'm in for a crap
week.

This would of course explain an awful lot. I've had a really bad time
of the past few days. I've not been sleeping and been unable to
identify any particular reason for it. This has then had a knock-on
effect on everything else.

I wish my teeth would just give over.
