I was just googling for an address to write to so I don't have to dig out my paperwork for my tenant's insurance and I found this:

http://www.fsa.gov.uk/pubs/final/icmgroup.pdf (PDF)
http://www.fsa.gov.uk/pages/Library/Communication/PR/2006/115.shtml (HTML)

Let me give you the gist: My tenant's insurance provider/broker/whatever they call themselves is no longer authorised (and hasn't been since Nov 2006) to "continue regulated activities". Does this mean that my tenant's insurance is not valid? Does this mean that I am not covered? Does this mean that since then I have not been covered?

I'll be calling ICM tomorrow and potentially the FSA if I can't get anything from them, but I'd like some reassurance that I've not been screwed over if anyone can provide it.
