i'm green with envy, i have neither the motivation nor the round tuits to get beyond the logging in stage myself. partly because i'm trying to write the whole damn thing efficiently, at once, rather than just checking i know how things work, and partly because "i'm lazy".

Plus it really is incredibly simple. OK so far I haven't got anything user-interface-wise, but the bare bones are stupidly easy :)

okay, I know what a keyboard is, I recognise a mouse when I see one, I've used IRC clients for about 5 or 6 years, I can post to lj and write emails; tell me, just what have you done and should it be something I want/need to have/won't survive without?
Any geeky or techie talk will be cheerfully ignored...now there's a mission for you to keep you occupied, write exactly what it is you've done in non techie talk, ohh did I say please anywhere?

Well it depends on how you write your LJ entries, I guess. If you write them using the Windows client, it's easy to explain. All I have done is write another client that is capable of uploading journal entries and a few other bits and pieces from any computer that can use a Perl script (it's a different programming language.)

If you don't use the windows client, I'm stumped - it's late and my brain is fried - will try later.
