Currently: Very pissed off
Why? Because of the amount of insurance websites that are so incompetent that they can't even give me a quote, never mind let me buy. No, true, I don't yet have a car. But soon. Someday within the next week I will be the owner of a shiny new motor. Decided that a cheap car is probably a good way to go - whilst the reliablility and guarantees you get with a new car are all nice and good - it'd be tough to justify spending that much right now. Mebbe later, when I get my fancy job in TDMS (whatever that stands for, all I know is that they do much geekery involving mobile phones and computers!).

*rubs eyes*
Tiredness? At 11pm? This is so not like the Phil I know best...

Oh, and stop commenting on my damn posts - I haven't got the time to respond and I am now up to comment notification email number 45... this is getting silly!

Yeah but see, if you didn't write all the time that you don't want any comments, people wouldn't send you comments! What that implies is that you actually like getting so many comments and you are just encouraging us to write more ;P

Right then... whatever you say... uhhm...

Maybe I'm not analysing this the same way you are - or maybe I haven't done enough pschology to grasp the concept - but asking for less of something REALLY means that you want more of it?

I have to remember that one for the future *G*

This is, of course, a typical female approach. ;P

When I say somewhere I don't want more comments I usually say that because I want more comments. Except this one time where I had 50 something comments in my inbox. Oh wait, now I see what you mean. Bad luck! Now you have another email. ;P

ahh, but you see if you *really* wanted no comments, you'd have disabled them ;o)

If I *really* wanted no comments, and had a brain installed in my head, I would have gone and disabled them, yes :)

I don't run on Windows - I'm at best DOS. More probably something like Minix 0.01 running my mind.

Good to see my mind is still squeaky clean... Actually, to be honest I think my head needs a steam clean somedays ;-)

Try Admiral for car insurance - i got my pug 106 insured for a year for about £390 when people like Direct Line quoted me £900! :-O worth a go anyway.

I tried them, they wanted horrid amounts.
I think the problem is that some companies take my SP30 conviction (Speeding - 74 down the M74 (yes it was 50mph speed limit at the time)) more seriously than others, so some companies charge me a fortune.

I got it from Direct Line in the end. £740 for fully comp when I was quoed £600 for TPFT from nearly everywhere. *shrugs* Worth it, IMO.
