This new LJ behaviour where clicking on the LJ-Cut tag takes that to the top of your screen is REALLY annoying.

I don't like changes in behaviour that take the control away from me. As far as I am concerned, everything (within reason) that happens within my browser window should be within my control. That includes text size, link positions, opening new windows, changing the size of windows, changing the cursor or scroll bar colours, and worst of all - playing freaking music when it's not needed.

Damn I sound like a control freak :)
Music:: Clint Mansell - We Got The Gun

heheh, some of them are damned annoying. As I mentioned to [livejournal.com profile] lothie below, I feel that my computer is my terrain, and that if people want to do something that's not arranged in my setup, they should ask (or atleast inform of their intentions) first.

I had something I wanted to say in reply, but mum just came in and breathed all over me with her broncial catarrh pastilles... so I'm gonna sit here and wait till my eyes stop watering. I'm sure I agreed with what you said though ^_^ especially as far as my laptop is concerned - it's MY domain!

Yeah, you do (but I understand, I'm a control freak).

*smiles* So glad someone understands.

Though actually, control freak is the wrong expression... it's not that I'm after control - it's just that I feel it's rude when someone else things they know how I want my computer to act better than I do.

After all, if people are going to do this, why do I spend an hour+ setting my PC up to "my settings" every time I reinstall Windows?
