pmsumner at 02:04pm on 17/07/2003The weekend cometh. The weekend cometh in an intimidating fashion. Mainly because today I am hungover (ouch). Yesterday was a stunning day and I got invited to a BBQ with folks from work. Very nice indeed, with lots of food and booze. Walking home was fun.
Anyhow. Today car was washed. Very well, too. For only £3 the car is the cleanest I have ever seen it, even after I have done it, and I thought I did a pretty good job. I'll be going back there :)
And today, I am going to my parents' this afternoon. Hopefully not for too long, because I really do need to organise my stuff for the interview and for the weekend. I need maps, I need clothes, I need sleep. I need to figure out what to take, full stop!
And it's quite warm, though very breezy. So I have had a breeze running through the house all day, which is very pleasant.
Best route to Sunderland? Uhhhhmmmm.... M8 / A1, or M74 / A66? They're both horrid. I'll decide tomorrow :)
