I slept really well last night, was in bed about 10, asleep by half past and didn't wake up until 7 when my alarm clock rudely interrupted my dreams. Nasty thing.

Looking forward to Friday. Working the weekend on lates (boo) which is nasty as anything but you gotta do what you gotta do.

For anyone trapped behind a coporate firewall - my webserver now runs on port 80. Well, effectively it runs on port 8080 but it's NATed to accept port 80 connections.

Yes I'm geeky.
And proud of it :)

Jane and I have just spent an hour or so organising our diaries. How couply is that? :) I now have every weekend organised from now until mid-May.

*resists the urge to rant about all these people with silly amounts of money spending it on ridiculous houses I will never be able to afford*

Once again the BBC seem to have forgotten that the world exists once you travel beyond Watford Gap.

They did it with "The Day that Britain Stopped", where they focussed entirely on London and the South East, and they have done it again. So far I've not heard a single mention of anywhere more northern than "London", and it is REALLY frustrating. They're supposed to serve the UK as a whole, not just London.
