T-Mobile have decided they are sick of us, and are outsourcing us. Well, when I say "us" I mean Dearne Valley. So all DV employees except a few are being outsourced to a company called TSC.
At least this is the proposed thingie. They have both agreed in principle to this, and the deal is due to go ahead mid-November. What this means... we're legally obliged to have the same T&C and stuff when the changeover happens, but after that it's up to TSC to make up their mind. Apparently there's been a 12mth period negotiated where we (the existing DV agents) shall remain on T-Mobile contract, and 6mths where TDMS advisors will remain on the same calls.
After this, who knows.
I need a new job. Now.
