I've been inducted at the gym. Yikes I'm going to be working really really hard. I think I'm going to enjoy it - apart from the hand cycle. That's a bitch on the arms! I've never seriously used any of the resistance equipment (sorry... weights) before, so it'll be interesting to see how I manage and develop with those.
Looking at spending an hour and a half there, minimum 3 times a week. I can manage that easily. Once on Mondays when we're off anyway, and twice either before or after work (likely after, as mornings - mornings are foul and must be destroyed).
I shall not post the very embarrasing figures I was given about weight, body fat analysis and so on as well... it's really embarrassing.
