I called up Employee Call yesterday

Because I have no been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for my phone, and others got theirs in under 5 days. They said they would call back, and when they did....

It turns out my phone was pinched from the Parcel Force depot. Grrrr. Unhappy Phil. I want my T68, damnit! They'll dispatch a new one, but won't be here 'till Monday at the earliest. And then I'll be at work. *sniffles* I want my phone....

Thanks a lot for being nice to offer help for my question. You told me that there are problems with Netscape, but at home on my PC, I only use Internet Explorer 5.0. Do you have any idea what could be the problem there?

If you don't mind, since I'm at work, it would be easier for me if you just posted a response on my most recent journal entry. Thanks a lot!

i always wanted an ABCD award at asda (Above and Beyond the Call of Duty :p) i demand a little gold 'A'! i'll collect them and put them in my profile each time i do support when i don't have to!

If I was any good with paint.exe I would draw you one up, but I'm not. So I'll find one on the web for you :)

Unless A works? (I can never remember which CSS properties are set with which words, so bet it doesn't...)

actually i think it's a really bad idea putting thigns in my profile that look more serious than they are... i know someone once made themselves a little gold star thing and put something about support, and someone got really angry at her for it! and it was only a joke.

i have a suggestion to write up on the subject of stars :p only a little one. will do that after i finish reading my 80 friends entries!

As you may have noticed girl_from_mars' response I won't be as harsh here as I might have been :) But please, don't bring support into personal journals. All you need do is use the links in your answer notification email to mark the request as "still needing help" and explaining the problem in more detail.

I don't shout at anyone unless it's for something really daft. Might rant about it long and loud in a journal entry, but I don't shout at people in general :) Very passive, I am.

hehe parcelforce staff are well dodgy.

i was doing vetting for the entire post-office (PO, Royal Mail and Parcelforce) a while ago, temping inside Post Office Security, and I came across a whole load of interview transcripts of people who they were trying to sack from Parcelforce for mysteriously "rerouting" parcels that looked interesting/valueble to their girlfriend's houses etc...
