Something I wished to mention, mainly to remind myself...

When I called up TMob to report my phone disappeared, I didn't have my mobile number with me. Now I KNOW that you can get numbers by several alternative means, yet the girl on the other end of the phone was insistent that she needed the mobile number. Can't remember her name now, shame really because I should have given her hell. I decided it was going to be quicker to go through the menu again and get someone else than argue with her.

However, Hannah was really nice and efficient when I called to order a new SIM and all that :) Got into a discussion about how busy it was on Friday (40+ calls waiting all afternoon, Priority 1, 2 and Admin online from about 2pm to 5pm, most unusual from what I can tell).

Unsure what to do now, as I have one phone, two SIMs and only one number that I wish to actually carry on using, but the BT Cellnet number is effectively free for life and I don't want to end it, and the TMob number is ongoing for 12mths but very cheap. Maybe I should put the Cellnet number on hiatus for a while (will only cost me about &4 a month, insurance and SMS bundle, don't think I can change the package), just keep it ticking over, and use my TMob number instead, until the contract ends? Hmmmm.
