I just talked to Go customer services, and I understand very well that there's a £25 charge to change any segment of the journey, but I can just go and buy myself another ticket for the right dates, for £30. Wouldn't it make more sense to change the dates on the ticket I just bought for £55, which means I have spent £20 with them which I need not have, rather than having an empty seat?
I guess they can fill seats easily enough with standby passengers... it just seems daft. Very inflexible of them too.
Sleeping really well this week. Been in bed before 11 most nights, up at 9 feeling non-tired and stuff. Guess this means there's only one thing for it - don't work any more *G*
